DESCRIPTION:WHAT IS INNER WORK? An open exchange on the deeper possibilities in our lives. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWelcome to an open exchange on what is inner work! How can I become more real\, and what might that mean? \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHere’s your chance to meet members of the Gurdjieff Society Finland in person and join a meeting led by Bob Reinstein. Bob has extensive experience in the Gurdjieff approach as well as on other paths. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKnowing about Gurdjieff or being active in “the Work” is not required. You are welcome to bring your most burning questions and contribute to the living quality of the meeting.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWelcome to Rikhardinkatu Library on October 1 at 18 o’clock. The event lasts for about an hour and is located in the meeting room calle Ture (first floor of the library). If you are unable to attend in person\, there is also the possibility of joining via Zoom. Helsinki\, Suomi\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTervetuloa julkiseen keskustelutilaisuuteen elämän syvemmistä mahdollisuuksista eli siitä\, mitä elämästämme puuttuu! Luvassa on Bob Reinsteinin alustus mystikko G.I. Gurdjieffin opetusten pohjalta\, jonka jälkeen keskustellaan aiheesta. Alustus ja keskustelu ovat pääosin englanniksi. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBob on pitänyt keskustelutilaisuuksia Rikhardinkadun kirjastossa yli vuosikymmenen ja niiden perusteella julkaistiin vuonna 2013 kirja Notes on Becoming – Huomioita todelliseksi tulemisesta. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBob Reinstein on toiminut mm. USA:n ulko­ministeriössä varaministerinä vastuualueinaan ympäristö\, terveys ja luonnonvarat sekä USA:n pääneuvottelijana YK:n ilmastonmuutosta koskevassa puitesopimuksessa. Hänellä on yli 40 vuoden kokemus tieteessä\, taloudessa\, energiakysymyksissä\, kauppapolitiikassa\, diplomatiassa sekä Gurdjieffin opetusten soveltamisessa käytännön elämään. Bob on myös julkaissut runoja\, ja hänen maalauksensa ovat olleet esillä taidenäyttelyissä Yhdysvalloissa ja Kanadassa (yksi niistä kuvassa vasemmalla). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTervetuloa keskustelemaan Rikhardinkadun kirjastolle 3. lokakuuta klo 18. Tilaisuus kestää noin tunnin ja se pidetään kokoustila Turessa\, kirjaston 1. kerroksessa. Keskusteluun voi osallistua myös etänä.
